Uni-Challenge Consultants Pte Ltd was first established in 2004 to address the training needs of companies in Singapore. Over the years, we have added Consultancy and publication to our list of services to better cater to our clientele, in Singapore and abroad. Our focus has always been our clients’ success.
Our goal is to facilitate learning; foster creativity as well as to develop skills to enable and facilitate our clients in attaining their goals. The new knowledge-based, border-less economy has brought about complex needs and uncertainties. We at Uni-Challenge are desirous to equip our clients with programs to develop, upgrade and refine the necessary skills relevant to the job market.

About The Founder
Associate Professor Abdul Raoof A M
Abdul Raoof is an appointed associate/guest Professor of Management by the Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics (Hangzhou, China).
A trainerpreneur with a Doctorate in Business; Mr Raoof graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Wales (UK), he studied Masters in Educational Psychology (Australia), and Masters in Finance (Dublin) and has various other professional qualifications like Charted Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and ACTA. Raoof is as officially certified academia and trainer.
Mr Raoof is a seasoned corporate trainer and a motivational speaker with several years of training experience. Having trained several organisations from the government sectors, MNC’s and SME’s. Energy Market Authority, Fujitec, SIA Engineering were some of the companies trained by him.
Mr Raoof has also delivered several motivational speeches and is a profound researcher who has worked on several hypotheses and is responsible for the development of various academic modules and writing of textbooks for several educational bodies. He is currently finishing his book on emotional intelligence, brainpower and subconscious mind.
He has continuously been invited to train regionally in countries like India, China, Maldives, Vietnam and other South Asian and Central Asian Countries. He was the key-note speaker in the First International Marketing Conference held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
His specialisation in Leadership; Strategic Marketing; and Finance has made him well-versed in several different industries like Production, Heavy Industry, Security, Publication, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Hospitality and Education. He continues to be an associate lecturer, bringing his years of experience to more than a dozen foreign and local Universities and University Partners. He is currently also a professional corporate trainer and also heads several organisations on an adjunct basis.
His other forte in Emotional Intelligence; Brain Power and Subliminal mind has also contributed to being a well-established motivational speaker and personal coach. In 2019 he was on the national radio talking about emotional intelligence for an hour. In November 2019 he was invited to conduct a four-day full training on emotional intelligence; project management; employee motivation and leadership to the officials of the Maldiavaian President Office which was highly appreciated and well-received.
